A lot of the people out there don’t realize how important it is to change the way we think once in a while. Telling yourself who you are or who you want to become is a good way to start. The human brain is a very complex structure and it needs to be fooled for it to change the way it thinks and believes. Try repeating certain words specific to what you want to become and your brain will almost immediately take charge and begin to respond in the way you want it to.
