4 huge avocados
1/2 cup kefir
one tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, minced

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
one teaspoon chili powder

Peel and pit the avocados. Mash the avocados in a bowl. Next, stir inside onion, garlic and cilantro. Commence with small amounts of sea salt and chili powder for your taste. Then stir inside tomato.
